I am a PhD candidate in the Strategy & Organisation Division at the University of Bath School of Management. I am on the 2026–2027 academic job market, seeking positions in entrepreneurship and management starting in September 2027.

My research focuses on understanding entrepreneurship, with particular attention to freedom, family and individual psychology. I study (1) what entrepreneurship is and (2) how individual psychology interacts with family dynamics and the broader institutional environment to shape entrepreneurial decisions and behaviours. You can read more about my work on my Research page and download my CV.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, and rowing. I particularly enjoy non-fiction about human nature and the development of human societies. I have run multiple marathons, and I share more about my races on my Running page.
