Teaching
I have taught undergraduate, MSc, and doctoral students at the University of Bath and University of Bristol across research methods, entrepreneurship, international business, and professional development.
Teaching Ethos
My teaching centres on helping students become independent and critical thinkers who can question assumptions, evaluate evidence, and connect theory with managerial, organisational, and entrepreneurial problems.

Teaching Approach
I use Socratic questioning and discussion to help students examine assumptions and explain their reasoning. I encourage them to begin with the problem they are trying to solve and work backwards towards the theories, evidence, and methods needed to address it.
My teaching draws on current research and contemporary business examples. Where appropriate, I use AI-supported learning while encouraging students to evaluate these tools critically and understand their limitations.
